Shipping Policy
Please allow 24-48 hours for processing time to get orders ready and payments to post.
$15 Priority Mail
$30 Overnight
We recommend all purchases to have PayPal accounts. Orders will be sent to confirmed PayPal addresses. Please be sure all addresses are confirmed via PayPal before placing an order.
All orders placed will receive a tracking number via email from UPS or USPS within 24-48 hours.
All shipping have signature confirmation and you must sign for the package. Note: You will have the option to opt out of signature confirmation. However we will not be responsible for any untracked packages.
All overnight shipping are processed the next business day. If order is placed before 3pm we will ship same day. Priority Express Overnight can take up to 2 business days.

Return Policy
Please note we only offer FULL Refunds for orders that have been processed and or/ shipped and received within 72 hours. In order to receive a refund the hair must be in the same direction as when it was received. However in the event you would like to do a refund after 72 hours you are more than welcome to return hair and receive a credit to go towards your next purchase.
It will be up to management distraction .
This is 100% Virgin Human Hair that has not been processed is not processed in anyway. It can be dyed to the color of your liking. Keep it mind the hair is no longer virgin once it is dyed. Please consult with a hair color professional as it could cause damage to the hair. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.
